Minutes for this meeting were approved (Proposed by Councillor Sue Baker, Seconded by Paul Allen, all Councillors agreed) and duly signed by Chairman Jon Aldington following governance item.
DISTRICT COUNCILLOR UPDATE
Councillor Trevor Bartlett thanked the Parish for voting and informed the council that DDC has 17 Labour Councillors, 14 Conservative Councillors and 1 Independent Councillor.
- Drop in sessions happening at the Guildhall on closure of Richborough waste site.
- Demolition of derilect buildings in Dover
- CCTV at Dover has been successful – operates 24 hrs a day and had resulted in crime prevention and charges being made.

HIGHWAY OFFICER REPORT
Councillor Sue Baker to take the Highways Improvement Plan on and commence drafting. Document to include the assessment of the effectiveness of 20mph limit.
COMMUNITY INITIATIVES
Broadband
KCC working with central government. If speed is less than 10mb per sec you can report to BT who may be able to offer you a Universal Service Offering Connection.
Dog Poo Bins
