The Village Hall, which is attached to Forge Cottage, was once the village forge. Evidence of this can be seen in the garden, where wooden cart wheels were placed on a metal circular disc to have metal rims put on them.

The hall has recently been refurbished. If you need a local venue for a party or similar social function do consider the Village Hall. It is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing refreshments.

It is easy to hire the hall, and at only £12.50 per hour it offers real value for money and a practical, affordable option to home events when more space is required. A concessionary price of £7.50 per hour applies for village clubs that meet regularly. As an added incentive for such bookings, the first session will be rent free.

The hall is available for hire every day, both during the daytime and evenings. Simply call Heidi after 5pm on 07598 918551 to check on availability and make a booking.
