PUBLIC CONTRIBUTION TIME
The Chairman welcomed Kevin Holyer to the meeting and invited Mr Holyer to speak for allocated ten minute public contribution time.
The points made by Ray Holyer and Kevin Hoyer are on file attached to minutes.
The Chairman responded to Mr Holyer and clarified points made on HELLA projects and identification of additional potential sites in Chillenden.
The Chairman thanked Mr Holyer for contribution and attendance.

COMMUNITY POLICING/ NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH
Councillor Hayward reported that correspondence was still being sent to previous NW representative.
Clerk requested to contact Marion and ask her to email NW officer and formally ask for her details to be removed.

All fly tipping has been reported and in most cases removed.

Councillors discussed the speed issues in Short Street and Chillenden
Clerk reported New Salt Bin has been ordered for Catsole Hill
Councillors discussed the possible hazard created due to ongoing speed issues in Short Street and Chillenden

Councillors discussed the possible hazard created due to the Griffin PH sign erected at junction Chillenden Hill Sandwich Road.

LAND TO REAR OF CHILLENDEN VILLAGE HALL
The industrial waste and the container are still on site at land to rear of Chillenden Village Hall.
Clerk reported the investigations were still ongoing.

PLANNING
Councillors discussed the Government Revision of Planning consultation paper. It was agreed that Councillors would meet prior to 17th September to discuss response.
CLERK ASKED TO CONVENE MEETING FOR 8TH SEPTEMBER
WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE
Letter received from Goodnestone Parish Church Committee for support towards disabled access costs. Chairman asked for letter to be placed on next agenda and respond to the GPCC.
Clerk reported on an email from a resident in Goodnestone concerned about the ongoing dog fouling in the village. Clerk stated that Warden had visited and new signs put up and a new bin has been ordered.
PARISH MATTERS
Councillor Aldington reported on the recent inconsistent postal delivery service in Goodnestone. Clerkagreed to investigate.
