    Councillor Karen Stanford has spoken to the school about an annual prize sponsored by the Parish Council. The school already have an award that we give to a child its call the ‘Goodnestonian’ its for the child that represents and has shown our school values and ethos. They have the trophy but the Parish Council could give a gift to the winner, and a representative could come to the leavers service to give to the child.

    DECISION – PC to provide 5 years of funding at £20 per year for a book voucher for the Goodnestonian prize at a total cost of £100. School to administer.

    Councillor Karen Stanford – Develop schedule of meetings for 2023 – propose the last Wednesday of the month every 2 months – Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sept, Oct, Nov. Exceptional meetings can be scheduled if needed.

  12. PUBLIC CONTRIBUTION TIME:

    A short session set aside for parishioners to raise matters. Members of the public may participate with Chair’s consent. Individual contributions should be kept to less than 5 minutes. Those wishing to exercise the right to speak are asked to notify the Clerk of the topic to be addressed in writing or via email.
