The agenda for the Parish Council meeting on Wednesday 26th January is now available on the Parish Council agendas and minutes page.

Following a consultation in early 2021, at the October meeting, the Parish Council agreed to the introduction of 20mph speed limits in Goodnestone and Chillenden.

As required as part of the process, Kent County Council has issued a notice of the proposed changes and a consultation. The consultation is open until noon on 31st January 2022. More details and links to Kent County Council website and to the relevant documents can be found on the Speed Limits page on the Goodnestone website.

The January meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 26th January at 7.30pm in Goodnestone Village Hall. The meeting agenda will be published on this website and on the noticeboards three clear days before the meeting.

The Goodnestone pantomime and the three carol services in Goodnestone, Knowlton and Chillenden have sadly been cancelled. This is due to the current Covid situation.

The November meeting of the Parish Council will take place in Chillenden Church Hall at 7.30pm on Wednesday 24th November. The agenda for the November meeting of the Parish Council can be viewed on the agenda and minutes page of the Goodnestone website.

The next Goodnestone Parish Council meeting will take place on Wednesday 27th October at 7.30pm. The venue and an agenda will be published on this website nearer the time of the meeting.

The Parish Council meeting of Wednesday 29th September has been cancelled and will be rescheduled. Details will be posted on the website in due course.
